How do I change my email address ?expand_more expand_less

To edit the email address associated with your customer account, go to your customer account by clicking here, edit the "Email address" field and click on the "Save" button to validate your change.

I forgot my password, what should I do ?expand_more expand_less

Forgot your password and you cannot access your account? You just need to click on the "Forgotten" mention to the right of the "Password" field on the login page (or click here). You will then be asked for the email address of your customer account in order to send an email in which will be a link allowing you to reset your password.

How do I use my discount code ?expand_more expand_less

To apply a discount code to your order, click on "Add a discount code" on the shopping cart page and click "OK" to validate it. The reduction will automatically apply to the total of your order.

I have completed my order but have not received a confirmation emailexpand_more expand_less

First, wait a few minutes. Check your spam mailbox. Still no order confirmation email? Please contact us by indicating your name, first name, the date of your order and the order reference if possible. If you paid via Paypal, please indicate your Paypal identification reference.
