Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment (except during pre-order periods, the delivery time is approximately 10 to 15 working days or promotion period the delivery time is 7 working days) . They are shipped via So Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered against signature. Packages can also be shipped via So Colissimo and delivered against signature at a partner Pickup relay point in the La Poste network or at a post office to be chosen when confirming your order. Whatever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package.
