Packages are generally shipped within 2 working days after receipt of payment (except during pre-order periods, the delivery time is approximately 10 to 15 working days or promotion period the delivery time is 7 working days) . They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered against signature. Packages can also be sent via Colissimo and delivered against signature to a partner relay point in the La Poste network or to a post office to be chosen when confirming your order.
Delivery is available in France and internationally. We invite you to take note of the shipping costs proposed for your geographical area when confirming your order.
It is not possible to exchange or return Waist Cinchers. The Waist Cinchers are considered as an underwear, for a question of hygiene we cannot accept returns or exchanges. It is however possible to exchange or return all products that are not considered underwear.

Our delivery costs are calculated precisely and adapted to the country from which you are ordering.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, shipping costs then apply to each of them.
Delivery costs are free for all orders over 150 €.
